We are looking for investment partners to share in the ownership and use of a unique botanically rich 4 hectare property in Costa Rica.
The land currently features 2 hectares of mature construction grade bamboo, a fruit tree plantation of 20 different varieties including cacao, 5 types of oranges, a mix of 5 banana varieties, apples, (add detailshere). It also has a well built house (sq meters, # of rooms) a large covered workshop area, views of the valley and a high flow well (springs?).
Imagine a regenerative living resource center set amidst a botanical sculpture garden cultivating and distributing a diversity of bamboo, fruit tree and ethnobotanical plant species.
A place where people from all around the world gather for educational workshops on everything from green construction and edible landscaping to healthy living and artisanal creativity (IE Generating with ceramics, glass, wood, food, clothing etc.)
Once fully developed the project will host a variety of revenue generating businesses and community enrichment programs designed to demonstrate next level regenerative development principles and practices.
